Shipping policy

1) We offer shipping within Mauritius and Rodrigues only.

For Mauritius : All orders are dispatched once payment & packing has been completed.

We have partnered with NU LIVRER DOMESTIC COURRIER that offer Home or Office delivery service. They normally deliver within 1 to 2 business days, depending on customers whether they are available at the given address.

NOTE

*Nu Livrer delivers only during weekdays. They don't deliver on Saturday & Sunday.

**All customers should provide a correct address & make sure that someone is available to collect the parcel when Nu Livrer call for delivery.

***The driver will call 30 minutes prior before delivery is made. If you have missed their calls on the first day of delivery, theey will call again the next day. If you missed both attempts, the parcel will be returned back to us. You can either pay Rs150 again for another delivery or pick up at the shop.

****If you need to make changes in delivery address, you should contact us as soon as possible through Whatsapp on 58659252

 

For Rodrigues: All parcels are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and are processed via Mauritius Post Office. 

Depending on availability of transport, customers in Rodrigues should expect their parcel within 2 to 4 weeks. 

We don't provide Shipping Via Air to Rodrigues because the cost will be between Rs 300 to Rs 800, depending on Weight.
