Refund policy

We provide Return or Refund if:

  • An Item suddenly got out of stock. 
  •  We sent the wrong items
  • A product has been broken, leaked or expired
  • We find that there is a proper explanation behind the Return or Refund Request

We don't provide Return or Refund if:

  • Customer is willing to Discard a product, if the parcel has already been packed
  • Exchange a product for another one, once parcel has reached the customer or packed
  • Product has been tested or used 
  • If you find it elsewhere, and willing to request refund upon purchased
