Refund policy
We provide Return or Refund if:
- An Item suddenly got out of stock.
- We sent the wrong items
- A product has been broken, leaked or expired
- We find that there is a proper explanation behind the Return or Refund Request
We don't provide Return or Refund if:
- Customer is willing to Discard a product, if the parcel has already been packed
- Exchange a product for another one, once parcel has reached the customer or packed
- Product has been tested or used
- If you find it elsewhere, and willing to request refund upon purchased
